Proficient in C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Web APIs, REST Architecture, and experienced in Agile and Test-Driven Development.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM modules like Configuration and Incident Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-team collaboration from assisting initiatives to delivering technical briefings and demos.
Skilled in defining technical product roadmaps and planning product releases with business product owners.
Capable of advanced troubleshooting and service restoration to maintain stable environments supporting development and production.
