Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Design technical architectures, define development timelines, and lead a team of developers to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization; stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience including 3 years with Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
Strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.
Work Mode: 5 days a week - Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud platforms.
Capable of working independently and leading developers with minimal supervision while contributing to a team.
Experience managing multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and complex enterprise environments with strong problem-solving skills for complex integrations.
