Software Test Engineer

Design, develop, and execute functional and automation test suites including backend integration and RESTful API tests to improve quality and coverage.

Develop and maintain advanced test frameworks for data pipeline validation, streaming data processing, and microservices-based environments using industry-standard tools.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into test cases, identify automation opportunities, and document test processes including CI/CD pipelines.

3-7 years of experience as a test engineer with both manual and automated testing focus.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, PyTest/ROBOT), programming in Python or GoLang, and working in cloud ecosystems like GCP/AWS/Azure (mandatory).

Experience in big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and tools including Kubernetes, Docker, Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus.

Experienced in leading design and operations of enterprise-scale testing frameworks for complex, diverse environments and products.

Strong technical proficiency with microservices, cloud platforms, big data, and DevOps CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

Comfortable working within a hybrid model in Bangalore for 20 days per quarter, with telecom domain knowledge being a plus but not mandatory.
