Experience or familiarity with LabX, LIMS, CDS, ELN, VMWare, and Citrix preferred.

Experienced in supporting pharmaceutical or research laboratory software platforms specifically in regulated environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to collaborate across service, product, and sales teams.
Comfortable with customer training, software system integration, and documentation in a highly technical support role.
