Measure and report business impact via adoption, capacity gains, cycle-time improvements, and cost-to-serve metrics with executive visibility.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of full-stack or backend software engineering experience with production code delivery (Python, TypeScript/Node.js).
Hands-on experience developing generative AI applications and building AI agents with integrations to enterprise tools.
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or custom API integrations between LLMs and enterprise systems (REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks).
Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) for internal app/dashboard development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical ownership of AI-based automation projects affecting business workflows, focusing on measurable operational improvements.
Experience with SaaS enterprise systems related to Customer Success, Sales, Retention (Salesforce, Gainsight, PSA).
Able to translate complex frontline business needs into scalable technical solutions and effectively communicate impact to leadership.
