Minimum Requirements

Practical experience leading migrations from file servers to SharePoint Online, including structure and permission design.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and IT service operations using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Business fluent English (written and spoken).

Experienced in hands-on development and operational ownership within a global IT organization with multi-timezone coordination.
Skilled in translating business user needs into technical SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, including governance and security.
