Lead Fullstack AI Development Engineer

Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI applications combining front-end interfaces, backend microservices, and AI model integration.

Design and optimize high-performance user interfaces with real-time data streaming and implement RAG and LLM orchestration pipelines with custom vector database integration for sub-second API latency.

Establish and enforce engineering best practices including code quality, automated testing, DevOps automation, and continuous integration for production-grade AI/ML-powered software products.

8–12 years of full-stack software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading technical teams in deploying commercial AI/ML web applications.

Expert proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Python/Java/Go, AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).

Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous programming, and database technologies including vector databases and semantic search.

Good business English communication skills (written and spoken).

Experienced in leading engineering teams within AI product development environments bridging foundational AI research and enterprise software solutions.

Proficient in seamlessly integrating AI model orchestration with scalable backend architectures and responsive front-end platforms.

Strong track record of owning system-level software architecture, mentoring mid-to-senior developers, and achieving engineering delivery goals in agile settings.
