Lead and coach cross-functional teams on agile frameworks and product-centric delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Facilitate agile events, manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and ensure adherence to definition of done and organizational standards.
Support Product Managers with backlog refinement, release planning, and track/report key agile metrics promoting continuous improvement and quality.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Agile certification preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
1-4 years experience as Scrum Master in a software development organization with practical Lean and Agile methodology experience.
On-site with flexibility; Relocation package available; Licensing for export controls/sanctions may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coaching and mentoring agile teams to improve maturity, performance, and delivery outcomes.
Strong facilitator of Scrum ceremonies and adept at removing impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
Ability to balance scope, schedule, resources, and communicate effectively to align multiple stakeholders and drive velocity in ambiguous environments.
