Serve as a servant leader and coach for cross-functional Agile teams to deliver valuable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Support Product Managers in backlog refinement, release planning, and identifying measurable business outcomes across multiple teams.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, dependencies, remove impediments, and monitor key metrics to ensure team progress and delivery quality.

1-4 years experience as a Scrum Master in a software development Agile environment with practical Lean methodology knowledge.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field, or relevant equivalent experience.

Agile certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or SSM).

Licensing for export control or sanctions regulations compliance may be required.

Experienced in coaching teams on Agile frameworks, driving continuous improvement, and facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to balance scope, schedule, resources while removing impediments.

Able to engage and influence cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment with a customer-first mindset to ensure value delivery.
