6+ years of business management or consulting experience.

Deep industry expertise in Automotive, Industrial B2B, Machinery, Semiconductors, or Electronics.

Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving skills and demonstrated leadership in team environments.

Experienced in managing client projects with direct client interaction and project ownership in advanced industries sectors.

Proven leadership with the ability to develop and inspire teams while driving measurable client impact.

Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in high-performance, fast-paced settings with complex problem-solving demands.
