Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle FCCS projects including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-production support.

Design, develop, and maintain FCCS components: metadata management, data integration (FDMEE), business rules, calculations, and financial consolidation processes like intercompany eliminations and currency translation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure financial reporting and consolidation requirements are met; troubleshoot and resolve application issues ensuring data integrity and performance.

Graduate degree required (B.Tech, B.E., B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, MCA, MBA Finance, or equivalent).

5-8 years of overall experience with Oracle EPM solutions, specifically strong expertise in Oracle FCCS.

Completed minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects.

Hands-on skills in Oracle FCCS, Data Management (FDMEE), source-to-target mappings, financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, metadata management, and business rules.

Experienced in financial consolidation and reporting with deep knowledge of Oracle FCCS and related tools like FDMEE and business rule development.

Capable of managing full project lifecycle in FCCS implementations within consulting or global delivery environments.

Strong liaison skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and resolve complex FCCS technical issues.
