Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied AI/ML engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Advanced proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices including testing, code review, version control.
Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models into production, including practical work with Large Language Models and agentic AI frameworks.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related quantitative field, or equivalent applied experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions with strong engineering leadership and system design skills.
Capable of engaging senior business stakeholders and bridging technical concepts with business needs, demonstrating strategic and cross-disciplinary problem solving.
Familiarity with financial services technology, especially wealth management or private banking, and exposure to AI governance, model validation, or cloud-native ML platforms.
