Own the development and operation of shared AI platform capabilities including Copilot Studio and agent platforms within enterprise environments.
Manage AI platform environments across Sandbox, Dev, Test, and Production with controlled promotion and automation of CI/CD and release processes.
Lead production operations including security, lifecycle management, cost controls, observability, and automation to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable AI services.
Minimum Requirements
6-10+ years overall experience with at least 3 years in AI Platform Engineering.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, Copilot, agent platforms, Containers/Kubernetes, and enterprise-scale environments.
Experience managing enterprise AI platform environments through Sandbox, Dev, Test, and Production with security, governance, and automation.
Minimum 4-6 years relevant enterprise applications experience; strong business English (written and spoken).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to operate and scale AI/GenAI agent platforms with strong troubleshooting across platform, app, integration, identity, and infrastructure layers.
Experienced in automating deployment pipelines, environment promotion, and operational runbooks in enterprise contexts.
Comfortable handling security, access controls, cost tracking (AI FinOps), and observability within AI platform operations.
