Drive team leadership including mentoring, hiring, training, and capability development while supporting business development and client relationship growth.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of Oracle EPM implementation experience.
Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules: FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, ARCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA, CA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
Prior consulting experience with Big 4 or leading system integrators preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Oracle EPM architect and delivery leader with track record of managing multiple end-to-end transformation programs.
Able to engage with Finance, Accounting, and IT leadership and serve as a trusted advisor.
Proven ability to manage project financials, resource utilization, team growth, and business development within a consulting environment.
