Senior AI/ML Engineer II

Design, build, and test machine learning models on Azure platform to address complex business challenges.

Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques including zero-shot/few-shot learning, embedding methods, and fine-tuning large language models.

Develop reusable tools to streamline ML pipelines and manage project stakeholder communications and shifting priorities.

5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning with strong Python production coding skills.

Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deploying scalable ML/NLP systems.

Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, Agentic AI, and distributed low-latency architectures.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI tools like Jenkins.

Experienced in end-to-end AI/ML system design with applied NLP knowledge including text pre-processing and encoder-decoder architectures.

Capable of balancing technical feasibility and system architecture decisions in fast-paced environments.

Comfortable working on cloud platforms (Azure) and collaborating with data science teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
