Develop and scale enablement assets, communities of practice, and support organizational change initiatives to increase agile capabilities and sustain growth.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience with agile teams and frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps.
College, university, or equivalent degree in business or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience.
Preferred certifications include ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), CSM, PSM, SSM, or SASM.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years experience working directly with agile teams.

Experienced in coaching at team and leadership levels to facilitate agile transformation and value-focused delivery in large-scale, product-centric organizations.
Demonstrates strong capability in scaling agile practices through development of reusable training assets, enablement programs, and communities of practice.
Skilled in applying agile systems thinking, incorporating DevOps and continuous delivery pipeline practices, and leveraging data or automation to enhance productivity and decision-making.
