SAP COE - Senior Professional – Q2C Sales Senior Professional – SAP S/4HANA

Own application support and enhancement delivery for SAP S/4HANA Quote-to-Cash (SD), FSM, S/4 Service, and GTS modules ensuring stable and efficient processes globally.

Lead functional design, system configurations, testing, training, and hypercare support for ongoing enhancement requests and ERP transformation projects, including Esphora ERP program.

Provide cross-functional support impacting MM, Finance (FICO), and intercompany processes; contribute to process documentation, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
