Project Coordinator III

Plan and coordinate internal technology projects including network, server, software implementations, and PC deployments from initiation to delivery.

Maintain project schedules, track work hours and expenditures, provide weekly updates and status communications to project teams and stakeholders.

Identify project issues, facilitate solutions or escalate appropriately, and assist in process improvements and reporting on project metrics and KPIs.

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

5 to 8 years of related experience and/or training in project coordination or technology-driven environments.

Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and ticketing/project management systems.

Flexibility to work both onsite and remotely with occasional adjusted hours for regional collaboration.

Experienced in coordinating technology-related projects involving infrastructure or software implementations with a proactive and dependable approach.

Strong communication skills capable of effectively collaborating across regional teams and escalating issues when necessary.

Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing workload, and delivering actionable insights to decision-makers through analytical support.
