Full-time Master’s degree or MBA required.
Must have skills: AI-led HR Reinvention, AI-enabled HR operating model, AI fluency (including GenAI), HR process/business architecture, digital HR transformation, business case development, AI/GenAI governance.
Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in managing complex, multi-tower AI-driven HR transformation engagements with exposure to client C-suite interactions.
Strong capabilities in practice development including business growth, team mentoring and project delivery oversight in large organizations.
Proficient in AI and automation technologies applied to HR, with knowledge of HR platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday) and HR process expertise.
