Minimum Requirements
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive roles, in complex international organizations.
Deep knowledge of US NGO regulatory environment: 501(c)(3), Form 990, Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), federal awards, single audits.
Direct experience managing financial relationships with major global health funders (Gates Foundation, USG agencies, Global Fund, Gavi).
Work Experience Required: 15+ years in financial leadership roles; other hard requirements as above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading finance functions through transformation or funding shifts at large international NGOs or similar organizations.
Proven ability to engage and communicate financial information effectively with Boards and audit committees in complex, volatile funding contexts.
Skilled in managing large, globally distributed teams and integrating finance with IT and operational improvements.
