Provide expert financial planning and analysis support to a country, unit or function by translating BPA strategic goals into operational priorities and managing CapEx activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare and coordinate Capital proposals (CARs), ensuring accurate financial evaluation and stakeholder alignment throughout the approval process.
Monitor and report ongoing business performance, improve forecast accuracy, and support management reporting enhancements and process optimizations including Power BI dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and controlling.
At least 2 years managing global stakeholders.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, equivalent degree, or MBA in Finance from a reputable business school.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in finance and controlling.

Experienced in managing complex financial projects including CapEx planning and business case evaluation within multinational or multicultural environments.
Strong analytical focus with capability in financial data integrity, insights generation, and process optimization.
Skilled in stakeholder collaboration across functions such as Production, Supply Chain, and FRA in a global operational context.
