Senior Business Analyst (Payments and Cards)

Lead and co-own end-to-end requirements and solution design for card migration programs within payments cards domain.

Act as a subject matter expert and business liaison, ensuring clear requirement definition, validation, and implementation while managing governance and stakeholder expectations.

Manage and mentor a team of senior/lead architects, coordinate cross-workstream activities, and control discovery and change management processes.

10+ years experience in business requirements analysis for software projects.

Experience in the Card Payments industry and in requirement matrix management including leading architects.

Experience in client advisory/consultancy roles within IT environments.

Fluency in English and flexibility to travel to client premises.

Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale client engagements and manage senior technical architects in matrix environments.

Skilled in balancing client needs with governance and best practice solution delivery in payments card systems.

Experience working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
