Own and execute Amazon Music India’s multi-channel customer lifecycle strategy across Free, Prime Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited tiers to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn management, and tier migration.
Manage audience segmentation, personalization, experimentation, automation, and performance optimization across channels including email, push notifications, WhatsApp, Browse Home, retail merchandising, and landing pages.
Develop integrated go-to-market plans, establish measurement frameworks, and deliver measurable impact while balancing priorities across subscription tiers and owning India’s owned-channel lifecycle agenda.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
Experience with data-driven marketing improvements using Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
Proven experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns.
Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams and skills in segmentation and developing customer profiles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in customer lifecycle marketing with demonstrated ability to independently define and execute strategies in complex, multi-product or multi-tier consumer businesses.
Comfortable managing interconnected marketing channels and lifecycle stages with strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills without direct authority.
Strategic and operationally capable in building scalable marketing mechanisms, automation, experimentation roadmaps, and data-driven performance optimization.
