Lead the Ads and Walmart Plus engineering site in Chennai, setting strategy and culture, and managing a ~30-member technical organization through managers and senior leaders.
Own technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for AdTech platforms (DSP, SSP, DMP, real-time auctioning), ensuring operational excellence in availability, latency, reliability, security, and cost efficiency at scale.
Drive AI/ML innovation in ad platforms, establish engineering best practices (architecture, quality, DevOps/SRE, responsible AI), manage budgets, risks, and cross-geography execution commitments.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
18+ years in software engineering with significant leadership experience managing large, multi-layer, distributed engineering teams.
Deep domain expertise in AdTech platforms (DSP, SSP, DMP), real-time bidding, audience targeting, measurement, and large-scale data processing.
Experience with big data and distributed computation tech (Spark, Kafka, NoSQL), DevOps/SRE, and prior experience working with US/global leaders; Offsite/programmatic experience preferred.
