Minimum Requirements
12+ years of professional software engineering experience with large-scale distributed platforms.
Proficiency in Java and Python; experience with Spark and data engineering technologies required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong expertise in microservices, system design, cloud-native practices (CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes), reliability engineering, and operational excellence (SLO, incident management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating AI/GenAI technologies and agentic workflows with platform systems, including MLOps practices.
Ability to operate autonomously in a 0-to-1 environment, transforming ambiguous technical/business problems into clear execution plans.
Strong technical leadership skills with a focus on engineering excellence and setting standards across multiple teams and disciplines.
