Minimum Requirements
8+ years professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java and Python.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR 6 years of software engineering experience (or 4 years with a relevant Bachelor's).
Deep experience with microservices, distributed systems, domain-oriented design, cloud-native engineering (CI/CD, Kubernetes), and Big Data technologies including Spark.
Strong operational excellence skills including SLO/SLA ownership and incident management; hands-on experience with AI/agentic technologies integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end platform engineering with strong system design and low-level design judgment in a 0-to-1 environment.
Capable of influencing technical standards and mentoring without formal management authority in a newly formed team.
Comfortable working directly in both platform engineering and data engineering domains including AI/ML/agentic workflows and production operations.
