HR Recruiter

Source and engage top-tier talent primarily through LinkedIn and Naukri to build a strong recruitment pipeline for PREPCA’s rapid expansion.

Conduct telephonic screening and lead initial HR interview rounds including interview coordination with stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end candidate experience including document verification and acting as the primary candidate contact through to joining.

Full-time employment with 100% work from office in Baner, Pune; candidates within 15 km radius preferred or open to relocation.

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree required; HR specialization is a strong plus but not mandatory.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.

Work Experience Required: Freshers welcome; prior experience in edtech sales hiring preferred but not mandatory.

Comfortable operating in a fast-growing edtech environment focusing on talent acquisition to support business scaling.

Able to manage multiple recruitment stages independently and maintain high candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Experience or strong interest in edtech industry hiring, specifically sales hiring, is highly desirable.
