Own and govern operational performance, service quality, and compliance of Regional Service Provider (RSP) and Blue Dart Office (BDO) network across multiple states and remote markets.
Drive partner and franchise governance including operational reviews, corrective actions, and business continuity for RSP and BDO locations.
Ensure network connectivity, manpower productivity, cost optimization, and customer experience adherence in a multi-location distributed logistics network.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA/PG desirable.
5–8 years of relevant experience in express logistics, courier, distribution, franchise/channel operations, last-mile logistics, 3PL, or multi-location service operations.
Experience managing geographically dispersed operations across multiple states with partner/franchise/outsourced operating models.
Location: Regional HQ with multi-state coverage; Travel: 75% travel required.

Skilled in managing partner performance and vendor governance in outsourced or franchise models with data-driven, analytics-led decision making.
