Prior experience managing a small team of 6-8 people.
Graduate degree with relevant accounting and industry experience.
Willingness to work evening/night shifts and extended hours during month-end.

Experienced in insurance sector accounting or insurance broking accounts/fiduciary function.
Proven team management skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Capable of multitasking, effective communication, and relationship management within a hybrid work environment.
