Own development of labor and staffing models and convert facility layouts into workload analyses to support operational decisions.
Create staffing plans, cleaning schedules, labor budgets, and analyze productivity and labor utilization to drive operational efficiency.
Support proposal pricing, estimating, RFP responses, and develop standardized reports using AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, and analytics platforms.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cost analysis, workforce planning, operations analytics, estimating, or related disciplines.
Advanced Excel skills mandatory.
Must have minimum tenure of at least two years with each employer over past ten years AND prior Executive Assistant experience supporting a U.S.-based company (mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying analytical modeling and workforce planning to operational and budgeting challenges.
Comfortable using advanced analytics tools including Power BI and AI-assisted tools like Microsoft Copilot.
Has familiarity with facilities management or commercial cleaning industry to better understand operational workload and staffing needs.
