Deep expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Advanced proficiency with product delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, Productboard, or Aha!.
Strong technical communication skills bridging engineering and business leaders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Highly operational, execution-driven with a focus on process, predictability, and quality control in structured environments.
Experienced in cross-functional leadership, capable of influencing and partnering closely with both Product Strategy and Engineering leadership.
Comfortable managing complex Agile workflows, resolving bottlenecks, and monitoring post-launch performance metrics to guide future roadmaps.
