Own end-to-end design of one or more Unified Management Portal product areas, covering discovery, IA, interaction design, prototyping, and design QA.
Design complex enterprise workflows such as policy builders, dashboards, configuration wizards, multi-tenant management, alerting, and incident response screens for B2B cybersecurity products.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Solution Architects; maintain and contribute to the Figma design system; leverage AI tools like Claude daily in the design workflow.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of product design experience focused on B2B, enterprise SaaS (consumer-only experience is not sufficient).
Expert proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, variables, components, variants, branching, and design system contributions.
Working experience with AI-based prototyping tools such as Claude and at least one of v0, Lovable, Bolt, Framer AI, or Figma Make.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Design, HCI, Visual Communication or related) and strong written communication for asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing complex, information-dense enterprise SaaS workflows with balance between power-user depth and accessibility.
Comfortable driving design direction independently in a small, senior team; familiarity with multi-tenant admin workflows and cybersecurity or networking products is a plus.
Proficient in integrating AI tools into product design workflow, including prototype generation and research synthesis, with a clear strategic viewpoint on AI's role and limitations in design.
