Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests across the software delivery lifecycle to ensure product quality.
Maintain traceability from user stories through test cases to automated scripts and integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand requirements, improve testing processes, and support software development best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of related experience in software development and testing.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java or Python and automation/testing frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, Karate, or Rest Assured.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ALM/AQM, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins and Agile testing methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end test planning and execution within Agile delivery environments, including functional, automation, integration testing, and defect lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple teams, manage testing dependencies, and communicate quality status to stakeholders and leadership.
Background in financial services domain or regulatory/reporting processes is preferred but not mandatory.
