Experience building and scaling teams across geographies and establishing engineering processes with operational discipline.

Experienced leader comfortable making high-stakes reliability certification decisions in a large-scale enterprise software environment involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

Strong strategic focus on integrating AI and automation into reliability workflows and infrastructure to measurably improve triage, testing, and release processes.

Demonstrated ability to create and maintain operational discipline through metrics-driven management and cross-functional alignment with product, program, and executive leadership.
