Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Practical, hands-on experience in Python programming and AI/ML development.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, security, and application resiliency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments using modern programming and database languages.
Familiarity with responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security considerations.
Preferably has full stack Python development experience with exposure to microservices, AWS (EKS, ECS, EC2), Terraform scripting, and relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL).
