Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware/software development.
Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related discipline (B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech).
Strong programming skills in C and C++ with Object-Oriented Design knowledge.
Experience with embedded systems development including Bare Metal, RTOS, ARM Cortex-M, Embedded Linux (U-Boot, device drivers), and firmware design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience working on embedded firmware for connected devices with focus on security, scalability, and maintainability.
Comfortable analyzing hardware schematics to inform firmware design and skilled in system-level debugging and performance optimization.
Experience collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams and implementing Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) updates and Linux kernel/Internal driver development.
