Protect substation automation and OT assets by designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining cybersecurity controls.
Lead and support cybersecurity activities in all project phases including technical tendering, architecture validation, FAT & SAT testing, and secure device configuration.
Drive regional Cyber Security CAPEX deployment and share best practices globally to update security architectures aligned with evolving technologies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology from an accredited university.
Minimum 7 years of experience in project security, preferably in Operational Technology environments.
Hands-on experience with Linux, VxWorks, Windows OS security, and telecom/network equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewalls).
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards applicable to utilities such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, IEEE 1686, IEC 62351.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational technology cybersecurity with strong exposure to substation automation network topologies and related security designs.
Ability to collaborate across functions globally and coordinate complex technical tendering and security assurance activities.
Familiar with cybersecurity frameworks, capable of creating security documentation (SAP, FDS) and executing test plans (FAT, SAT) in industrial automation contexts.
