Own production support and maintenance for multiple cloud-hosted business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and SLA compliance.
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure using technologies such as AWS, Terraform, and containerization, including coordination of resources and stakeholder communication.
Act as subject matter expert for client escalations, mentor junior team members, and drive proactive problem resolution and change management.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Application Support or TechOps roles.
Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/Gitlab, cloud networking.
Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix Shell scripting or Python is mandatory.
Flexible work hours including weekends and public holidays; excellent English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cloud-based infrastructure and production support in a high-availability environment for financial services or critical business applications.
Comfortable acting as SME and independently resolving complex client issues and incident escalations.
Capable of coordinating multiple resources and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
