Configure and develop OneTrust Consent & Preference Management solution including purposes, preferences, collection points, and business rules.
Build and integrate OneTrust Preference Centers with external platforms such as Salesforce and SFMC, handling consent data capture, migration, and propagation.
Manage end-to-end testing, deployment, operational documentation, and ongoing support across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production).
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years of technology and integration experience with 2+ years specifically in OneTrust UCPM / Consent & Preference implementation.
Hands-on experience configuring OneTrust Preference Centers and implementing consent management modules like Cookie Consent and DSAR.
Strong skills with OneTrust APIs, webhooks, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, data mapping, and data migration.
Experience integrating CRM or marketing customer data platforms; Salesforce and SFMC experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in configuring enterprise Consent & Preference Management solutions with OneTrust in complex integration environments.
Capable of handling API-based integrations and data migration involving consent data across multiple systems.
Proven ability to support cross-functional testing and deployment stages with clear operational documentation.
