Lead delivery of data and analytics solutions for a major U.S. insurance client, focusing on customer lifecycle, retention, and cross-sell analytics.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, managing large datasets with SQL, Python, or R to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to align analytic solutions with U.S. insurance regulatory and business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years of experience in analytics or data science within BFSI domain, preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language: Python or R.
Experience with Power BI and DBT.
Prior experience working with U.S.-based BFSI clients; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven insights within the insurance sector, especially U.S. market.
Experience working cross-functionally with client stakeholders and internal data engineering/AI teams to implement analytics solutions.
Strong expertise in advanced analytics applied to customer lifecycle management, retention, and cross-sell strategies in BFSI.
