Sr. Manager (PL) - Software Development & Engineering

Lead multiple scrum teams to deliver software applications across the full SDLC including design, development, testing, and support.

Own architecture design influence and technology decisions focused on modern server-side and data service applications.

Manage talent acquisition, coach team members, and provide transparent reporting on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

12+ years of experience in software development and management roles.

5+ years managing large, complex projects with cross-functional dependencies.

Hands-on coding experience in Java or other OOP languages; strong knowledge of system integration and cloud-ready scalable software design.

Experience implementing software development best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Scrum, Kanban).

Experienced in managing distributed teams and fostering innovation within software engineering contexts.

Strong familiarity with large scale data integration projects and financial or wealth management domain is desirable.

Demonstrated ability to lead architecture, engineering process refinements, and software release optimizations in cloud-based environments.
