Lead and manage the development and sale of Operator Training Simulators (OTS) for Gas Power customers, including strategy, process improvement, and product feature prioritization.
Drive lean processes and standard work to ensure high-quality OTS delivery, including hardware/software platform development and integration of simulation standards.
Support customer engagement through site acceptance testing, sales support, installation, upgrades, and resolution of technical issues, including limited travel (<10% annually).
Minimum Requirements
Master of Science (MS) in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related).
Minimum 15 years' experience in Power Plant Operations, System Design, Operability, Performance Engineering, Simulation/Modeling, or Controls Engineering involving Combined Cycle Power Plants or Carbon Capture Components.
Working knowledge of ITO and OTR processes associated with Operator Training Simulators.
Experience with transient simulation software (e.g., Easy5, Simulink), programming languages (FORTRAN, C/C++, Python, Java scripting), and strong thermodynamics engineering background.
