Minimum Requirements
Minimum 9 years of experience in requirements engineering or related field.
Expertise in Polarion requirements management tool including project configuration.
Strong understanding and application of SMART requirements methodology and V-model.
Role based in Pune, India (onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in managing complex requirements lifecycle in international/multicultural environments.
Strategic thinker with ability to align requirements management with project and stakeholder objectives.
Experienced in retrospective traceability and cross-disciplinary engineering awareness is a plus but not mandatory.
