Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, systems monitoring, application support, SRE, or related technical role.
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry or Global Cloud Observability frameworks (including tracing, metrics, logs).
At least 2 years experience using Splunk (SPL) or ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for dashboard and alert development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures (e.g., Apache Kafka), and containerized/cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Capable of troubleshooting distributed microservices architectures by correlating logs, metrics, and traces for performance optimization.
Able to collaborate effectively with engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams and communicate technical data to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
