Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of experience designing in product, SaaS, or digital environments.
Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process, not just final designs.
Proficiency in Figma and comfort with user research and testing.
Strong fundamentals in information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility basics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working cross-functionally with PMs and engineers, showing ownership from project start to launch.
Comfortable articulating design decisions based on research and user feedback.
Has a mindset toward continuous improvement through feedback and contributes to team design systems.
