Project Manager

Lead end-to-end project and program delivery lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, governance, and closure to meet client and business objectives.

Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring milestone achievement, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and resource coordination within a PMO environment.

Drive stakeholder engagement, governance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and delivery performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience in project or program management within PMO, delivery, operations, or technology environments.

Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Agile tools, and Smartsheet or similar platforms.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years managing projects/programs; PMI certification or equivalent preferred.

Experienced in managing complex client implementations and program governance across telecommunications, technology services, insurance, warranty, or device protection domains.

Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and interacting with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and external clients.

Able to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments with strong prioritization, risk management, and change control capabilities.
