Associate AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI

Develop and implement AI/ML and data analytics solutions to improve aircraft performance, operational efficiency, and productivity in aerospace applications.

Apply advanced statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to areas including airplane health management, manufacturing, automation, and supply chain.

Collaborate internationally with software and research engineers; perform proof-of-concepts and support adoption of new AI/ML tools and technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or directly related field.

4+ years of experience in AI software development, data analytics, and building/deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions.

Hands-on experience with end-to-end machine learning lifecycle including data pipeline creation, training, deployment, and monitoring.

Experienced in research & development of innovative AI/ML solutions for complex aerospace or engineering problems.

Proficient in coding (Python/R), ML lifecycle management (MLOps), and advanced AI paradigms including Large Language Models and synthetic data techniques.

Able to mentor junior data scientists and work collaboratively in international, multi-disciplinary teams to drive technology adoption and project execution.
