Technical Delivery Manager (PL7038)

Own end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.

Translate business and technical architecture into actionable delivery plans, coordinating across engineering, product, architecture, security, and third-party teams.

Lead risk, issue, dependency management and facilitate Agile/Scrum processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness.

Minimum 10 years of experience in technical delivery, program management, or project leadership within technology consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise environment.

Strong technical knowledge of solution architecture, enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, security, testing, and production operations.

Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery processes and coordinating multi-disciplinary technical and business teams.

Experience with delivery/service-management tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow or equivalents.

Technical leader comfortable with deep application architecture and engineering collaboration, able to guide technical decision-making aligned with solution architecture.

Experienced in managing large-scale, multi-stream technology initiatives involving cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.

Skilled in Agile delivery frameworks and capable of facilitating Scrum practices while driving measurable delivery improvements and governance.
