Senior Associate - AI - ML Engineer

Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions focusing on scalability, reliability, and production readiness.

Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases with embedding and large language models for context-aware responses.

Establish production-grade AI systems with observability, monitoring, and model evaluation frameworks including fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and multi-modal AI integration.

5+ years work experience explicitly required; total experience between 9 to 15 years preferred.

Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.

Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

Job location must be Mumbai or Pune. Educational degree preferred but not explicitly mandatory.

Experienced in production deployment and lifecycle management of scalable AI models in cloud environments.

Strong familiarity with advanced fine-tuning techniques (SFT, RLHF, LoRA, QLoRA) and model evaluation methods including A/B testing and hallucination detection.

Ability to integrate multiple AI/ML capabilities including natural language processing, computer vision, and document intelligence into unified solutions.
