Data Scientist

Develop and deploy advanced AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning models as part of cross-functional teams to solve product, consumer engagement, and supply chain challenges.

Create scalable, interpretable, and repeatable statistical models to power new analytics products.

Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and developers to integrate AI solutions into business products and evangelize data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.

5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or equivalent role.

Proficiency in Python and/or R and SQL; experience with machine learning methods (clustering, time series, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation, optimization).

Experience in marketing analytics or root cause analysis within retail or CPG sectors; exposure to Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, or Snowflake.

Experienced in retail or CPG analytics environments, comfortable working within nimble, cross-functional teams.

Skilled in building scalable machine learning models that directly impact R&D, marketing, and supply chain functions.

Capable of leveraging business understanding to engineer features and deliver actionable AI-based solutions in a digital transformation context.
